All made by us on site - keep them in the freezer and cook as needed. You're aiming for them to still be soft in the middle - leave to cool on the baking sheet until solid then enjoy! A nice treat for the kids.

OATMEAL RAISIN | butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, flour (gluten), raisins, bicarb, baking powder, salt | Cook at 180°c from frozen for 10-15 mins until cookies are golden, but still moist beneath cracks. Leave to cool, then enjoy!
DARK CHOC CHIP | butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, flour (gluten), salt, bicarb, baking powder, choc chips (soya lecithin, cocoa butter, cocoa) | Cook at 180°c from frozen for 8-10 mins until cookies are just starting to brown at the edges, but still not quite set in the centre. Leave to cool, then enjoy!
WHITE CHOC CHIP | butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, flour (gluten), salt, bicarb, baking powder, choc chips (soya, cocoa solids, milk) | Cook at 180°c from frozen for 8-10 mins until cookies are just starting to brown at the edges, but still not quite set in the centre. Leave to cool, then enjoy!
RED VELVET | butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, flour (gluten), salt, bicarb, baking powder, white choc chips (soya, cocoa solids, milk), red food colouring | Cook at 170°c from frozen for 8-10 mins until cookies are cracked on top, but still not quite set in the centre. Leave to cool, then enjoy!
CHOC HAZELNUT OATMEAL RAISIN | butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, flour (gluten), raisins, bicarb, baking powder, salt, cocoa, hazelnuts, choc chips (soya) | Cook at 180°c from frozen for 10-15 mins until cookies are solid round the edge, but still moist beneath cracks. (These might need a squidge down with a fork halfway through cooking if they still are in a ball shape.) Leave to cool, then enjoy!
SOUR CHERRY COCONUT | butter, sugar, egg, flour (gluten), salt, bicarb, dried sour cherries, desiccated coconut | Cook at 170°c from frozen for 8-10 mins until cookies are just starting to brown at the edges, but still not quite set in the centre. Leave to cool, then enjoy!
