Lemon Drizzle Cake

Beautifully simple - our lemon drizzle is a traditional light sponge cake flavoured with fresh lemon zest & juice. Sandwiched with lemon curd, we finish it off with our lemon buttercream which we flavour with even more fresh lemon syrup. If you like a zingy cake then this is for you! The fully frosted cake is then topped with seasonal herbs & berries.

Small 20cm cake, 8 portions. 
Large 23cm cake, 12 portions.
Store in a cool, dry place (not the fridge), and consume within 48 hours of collection. 

Collection is from TLK Bakery, at Flourish Farm Shop, Hildersham CB21 6BS until 4pm Christmas Eve.  Also available for collection on 28, 29, 30, 31st December between 8am & 4pm. Please specify when ordering.
