We make a delicate pecan & sour cream sponge, sandwiched with slices of mulled wine poached pear. Finished with a cream cheese frosting.
Feeds 12. Contains nuts, eggs & milk. Best eaten within 48 hours of collection but good for up to 4 days.
Made with organic eggs from Little Walden & organic butter from a Welsh farming cooperative.
Collection is from TLK Bakery, at Flourish Farm Shop, Hildersham CB21 6BS until 4pm Christmas Eve, or until 2pm Christmas Eve at Barbarella or TLK Cafe. Also available for collection from TLK Bakery only on 28, 29, 30, 31st December between 8am & 4pm. Please specify when ordering.
